Payment: To apply for a spot on the waitlist, we require a $500 refundable deposit. Only one deposit per family is needed. Current Lanby members will receive priority placement on the waitlist, though the deposit is still required to confirm interest.

Refund Policy: If you decide not to move forward before you are invited off the waitlist, your deposit will be fully refunded. If for any reason, we are not able to accommodate your family before Fall 2026, we will refund your deposit.
