First time trying a direct primary care. Each patient gets a care-team of 3, a concierge manager, a wellness advisor, and a lead physician. On my baseline visit the team was friendly and thorough, great bedside manner. Went through a series of tests to get a clear picture of my health. A week later I was given an easy enough care plan to follow, from sleep to nutrition to exercise. Highly recommend this model, better than a gym membership.
