Taylor received both her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. As an all-around-wellness expert, Taylor takes an individualized approach to each member's guidance on nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress-management.

Brandon Caraballosa, RD

Brandon is a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Long Island University and Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. His blended background in nutrition and fitness contributes to his whole health approach.

Rachel Brief, RD

Rachel is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for holistic care. She earned her master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from NYU and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland College Park’s School of Public Health.
