EAT
The Lanby Bowl at Le Botaniste
We teamed up with one of our favorite fast-casual restaurants in NYC to create a nourishing bowl packed with plant-based protein, fiber, healthy fats, and micronutrients. Designed by The Lanby’s Registered Dietitians, The Lanby Bowl features quinoa, greens, tofu, three-bean mix, hummus, steamed greens, red sauerkraut, lemon harissa dressing, and a super seed mix. Delicious, nutrient-dense, and designed to support sustained energy and gut health.
COOK
The High-Protein Plate by Rachael DeVaux
We’re longtime fans of Rachael DeVaux of @RachaelsGoodEats. The High Protein Plate features 100 recipes, meal prep tips, and a 28-day program to make incorporating more protein into your routine easy. With simple, family-friendly recipes, it’s the perfect cookbook for getting back into the kitchen this fall.
USE
Lifepro Adjustable Dumbbells & Weights
September means getting back into a routine, and for many of us, that includes strength training. We love adjustable dumbbells for making it easy to build strength at home without taking up much space. A simple addition to your routine that can help support and maintain lean muscle.
DO
Sometimes wellness looks like doing less. Quiet Your Mind combines journaling, positive affirmations, and coloring to help ease overwhelm and create space to pause. We love it as a calming end-of-day activity for both adults and kids—a simple way to wind down and reset.
BUY
A back-to-school essential that’s just as useful for adults on the go. We love Lalo’s Bento Box for its divided compartments, making it easy to pack a variety of foods while keeping everything organized. Made with food-grade silicone and stainless steel, it’s a practical option for school lunches, workdays, travel, and snacks.
