Why The Lanby
After seeing firsthand how fragmented the healthcare system can be, I knew I wanted to play a role in improving the member experience in a more meaningful, human-centered way. That interest became personal as I navigated my own health challenges. After years of feeling “off” and searching for answers within traditional care, I discovered a more integrative, root-cause approach to health—an experience that became a true turning point for me.
What drew me to The Lanby is the intentionality behind the care. Providers take the time to truly listen—not just to medical history, but to the person as a whole: their habits, preferences, and day-to-day life. Care plans are thoughtful, personalized, and designed to meet members exactly where they are.
It’s incredibly meaningful to now be part of a team that creates those same turning-point moments for members every day.

Our membership is built on a relationship-driven model that is integrative, personalized, and centered entirely around you. Every member is supported by a dedicated care team—your Lead Physician, Wellness Advisor, Medical Assistant, Physician Associate, and Member Advocate—working together to connect the dots across medicine, wellness, and coordination.
Membership includes in-person and virtual visits, tailored care plans, expedited referrals to trusted specialists, on-site diagnostics, and curated programming designed to keep you proactive, not reactive, about your health.
