Tell us about yourself and why you joined The Lanby. What were you looking for or trying to solve?
Going to The Lanby was a complicated decision for me, not because of the company, but because of my health and being a new resident of NYC. I have a very complex case history, and when I have to change physicians, it is overwhelming and not anything I enjoy. However, my husband found The Lanby and thought it would be an excellent fit for all of my health concerns and needs, and boy was he right!
Describe your experience as a member. What has been your favorite part or the most valuable benefit?
From my initial one-on-one appointment with my Care Team, I immediately knew I was at home. I have never felt more heard, cared for, or embraced in a healthcare environment. The entire team's approach to your physical well-being is unlike anything I have ever witnessed. One of my favorite parts of being a member is reaching out via text or email to my concierge manager whenever I need her. She is super efficient and a highly-valuable asset to The Lanby.
What has your Care Team provided that you weren’t able to get anywhere else?
My physician is one of the kindest, most empathic, and most inquisitive physicians I have ever seen. She never rushes with my virtual or in-person visits and always takes extra time to ask her cohort for advice on ideas that could better suit my needs.
What has been your greatest victory since joining The Lanby?
I have felt more established in my healthcare needs since moving to Manhattan, and if anything were to arise with my health, I have advocates who are one text away.
