Year at a Glance

Day 1 — Onboarding Call with Your Member Advocate
You share your story — the symptoms, frustrations, and goals that brought you here. We learn how you like to be motivated and how you prefer to communicate. Together, we map out how to make the most of your membership and schedule your Baseline Visit.

2–4 Weeks Later — Baseline Visit at The Lanby
Meet your Care Team in person: your Lead Physician and Wellness Advisor. We review your health history, lifestyle, and goals, run a comprehensive physical, and draw labs that measure 5x more biomarkers than the average checkup.

2 Weeks Later — Virtual Baseline Follow-Up
We review your labs line-by-line, comparing them to optimal ranges. You leave with a personalized Care Plan that covers everything from nutrition to supplements to lifestyle changes. 

6 Weeks Later — Wellness Advisor Check-In
Are you feeling better? Is the plan sustainable? We listen and adjust as needed.

6 Weeks Later — Targeted Lab Recheck
We retest any markers that were off and track progress.

2 Weeks Later — Quarterly Care Team Visit
We review your labs, imaging, or specialist results, then update your Care Plan.

Every Quarter — Repeat the cycle of check-ins, adjustments, and deeper dives as needed.

End of Year — Second Annual Baseline Visit
We reflect on your progress and set the stage for the next year of your health journey.

Mid-Year in Action: A Real Example

Month 12 — Full Lab Recheck & Reflection
Biomarkers improve. Energy is up. Digestion is steady. At your second annual Baseline Visit, your team recommends shifting focus to brain health, based on your genetic profile and strong progress on foundational markers. Your new Care Plan begins.
