Rachel Alperin
Rachel brings a wealth of hospitality experience to the Member Advocate role, having spent the first five years of her career working at The Yale Club, most recently as Membership Development Director. Combining this with her personal experience as a patient and patient advocate, Rachel is excited to empower patients to navigate our complex healthcare system, while creating a joyful doctor's office experience along the way.

Why The Lanby
It’s my privilege to be able to develop relationships with members and support their individual care journeys. As the Member Advocate, I’m able to help ease any feelings of uncertainty to ensure our members feel informed, empowered, and heard. After all, they are the drivers of their care. I draw on my personal experience navigating the healthcare system to better our member experience. Alongside the Care Team, we’re able to replace the fear that comes with the medical unknowns with a concrete plan of action, and a blend of medical and wellness tactics. Our members receive care from an integrative and holistic lens, and learn about wellness in a healthy way. On top of it all, The Lanby office is beautiful. There are no metal exam tables or fluorescent lights in our waiting room!
