The Get Well Spritz
A refreshing, nutrient-rich mocktail for every holiday gathering.

A primary care membership for patients who want more. Primary Care. Nutrition. Wellness. All under one roof.
Holiday cocktails are festive, but they often come loaded with sugar and leave you feeling sluggish. A well-crafted mocktail offers all the flavor and ritual of celebration, without the crash. This season, The Lanby Care Team is serving up a refreshing, nutrient-rich mocktail you’ll want to pour for every gathering.
Cranberry Ginger Sparkler
Why we love it
- Cranberries provide antioxidants and support urinary tract health.
- Ginger aids digestion, making it perfect for post-feast sipping.
- Sparkling water keeps it light, hydrating, and celebratory.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger (or a splash of ginger juice)
- 1–2 teaspoons raw honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1 cup sparkling water or kombucha (ginger or citrus flavor works best)
- Fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary, for garnish
Directions
- In a shaker or glass, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice, ginger, and honey/maple syrup (if using). Stir or shake until well mixed.
- Pour over ice into two glasses.
- Top with sparkling water or kombucha for fizz.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary.
